THIS IS THE MOST AMAZING OPPORTUNITY WE HAVE EVER BEEN OFFERED IN LIFE
Hi, we are Margarett and Allyson Ropati. We started playing netball when we were very young and it has been our favourite sport since. We play for Howick Pakuranga Netball, Sancta Maria College and the Auckland Samoa Netball team. Playing the amazing sport of netball while also representing our nation has been the most memorable and rewarding experience in our lives.
We have now been given an opportunity to go overseas to do what we love most in life – NETBALL. This is the most incredible opportunity my sister and I have ever had. We both love sport dearly and would really enjoy being able to go to Australia as part of the touring team. We hope to fly to the Gold Coast and participate in the “Gold Coast Carnival Tournament” in July next year.
Our parents work very hard, however, we are not able to pay the necessary costs to enable us to travel as part of the netball team. We will need a lot of help to raise enough funds for the trip to Australia so that this dream can come true.
