Hi, I am Sam Jenkins, I have been selected to tour Hawaii and California for Basketball
I am 15 years old and I am from Christchurch. I play basketball for my senior school team, the Canterbury regional programme and this year I was also selected in the New Zealand Under 16 representative team.
I am from a large family with three younger sisters. My family work hard to save money to try to give us all, the opportunity to be the best that we can be. I have been selected to play for the Air Raiders team to travel to California and Hawaii this year. I am needing to raise the necessary funds to accept this opportunity and be part of this tour. I am reaching out to my family, my friends and New Zealand in search of financial support in order for my dream to become a reality.
My long term goal is to work hard and strive for a scholarship opportunity to attend an American university and play basketball.
