Description
Hi, we are the St. Mary’s College 7’s Rugby team. We have recently won the national 7’s championships and the right to represent the New Zealand at the Sanix World Youth Cup in Fukuoka Japan at the end of April 2017.
Our journey at St. Mary’s 7’s rugby only began we two years ago when we came together as a team. We have won the Gordon Titchens’ Invitational Tournament twice and the recent Condor 7’s. St. Mary’s College draws students from all over the greater Wellington region and we hope to represent our country with pride. We have worked extremely hard to earn this opportunity, however, we now have a financial challenge and we are determined to find community support for our girls to help finance a significant part of the cost.
We are ready for the challenge and are hoping that our fellow kiwis will get behind us and support our dream!
